In 2017, Ondřej and Kateřina Dlabola bought orchards on the outskirts of Svijanský Újezd. A year later, they began to build a distillery, a cider house and a place to live. In August 2020, they opened a cider factory and a distillery, and in the autumn of 2021 they obtained a license for a distillery and produced their first gin, malt distillate and beer brandy.
For their assortment of selected fruit spirits and gins, they chose the Lab Gin 2008 bottle with their typical bevelled arms at Dlabka, in all three colors, clear, brown and black. The bottle is beautifully paired with a wooden T-cork. We are very happy that our bottles have found their way into good and honest hands.
